Hearing protection

Do you own a mp3 player? If you are an adult I am sure you will use it wisely. But children and teen are at risk right now.
They like to listen to loud music. I think they always liked it but they didn't have that chance because neighbors would complain, for instance.

Nowadays they just put a ear plug and listen to loud music everywhere at all times.

They listen to it even when they are at school.

Ok, music is a good thing and I think that could be ok if they listened to music like they should have.

Another loud sounds can hurt the ear like truck engines, airplanes, sirens. It is a lot of risk to our ears but we can do something to protect them.

All we have to do is search for Hearing Protection like musician ear plugs, or travel ear plugs if the problem is when we travel or even ear plugs for snoring! Yes, that's right. A person snoring by your side can produce a sound that will hurt your ear and won't let you get the rest you need.

So instead of kick your husband during the night what about just not listen his snoring?
