Do you remember my friend from United States? I think I have talked about Harry in another post.

Anyway Harry is getting married next month. Too bad I can't go and be at his wedding but I am sure he will get the gift I am sending this week for him.

It is something really simple but very beautiful. I can't tell what it is because he might read the blog.

I know he reads it because he was talking to me at the phone the other night and he mentioned the site.

He was telling me about his plans for the future. He has to finish his studies and he and Mary want to have a baby really soon.

They own a beautiful house that his parents gave to him. I have seen some very beautiful pictures of the house.

He is planning on getting a mortgage so he can go on with their dreams.

I think it is a good option for them. They are young, he is finishing his studies, Mary has a very good job so they can pay the mortgage very easily.

For people like them it is easy to get mortgages.

Of course, if someone needs mortgage leads they have to make a good research. It is not something you should do following an impulse.

You have to understand and analyze the market. This is called marketing intelligence. So before you do anything try to find a good company that will help you with that.
