Take care of your car

In another post I talked about cars and how men are so attached to them. A reader commented that his wife knows more about cars than him and she takes a very good care of her car.

This comment made me think about how bad I am with my car. It is a little dirty right now, poor guy.

Then I decided to take good care of it. I scheduled a visit to the mecanic. I will see the oil level and so many other stuff that I don't even know how to pronunce.

You can think I am irresponsible but it is not totally true. I get my car insured no matter what.

Some years ago I had an accident and the car has been declared as a total loss. Thanks God I had insurance.

This car I have now isn't paid yet. I made an auto loan and I will finish paying for it in some years. So you can imagine how important is to me to have the car insured.

Talking about loans, everyone I know has a car financed by auto loans.

Auto loans are very common where I live. It is the most easy thing to do when you buy a car. You don't have to have all the money with you, you can choose the best interest rates for you, and you get the loan quickly.

Nowadays they offer car loans not only for new cars but for used cars as well. I remember that some years ago it was very hard to find a company that would offer loans to used cars.

And the last good thing about auto loans, some companies offer refinancing. It is a great thing. Let's say you financed a car and after an year you see yourself in some financial problem. You can refinance that car, so you will pay a little longer but with smaller monthly payments.
